where i've been

alright, this post (fourth for the night) is blamed on my love of maps & the simple enjoyment of clicking things & having them change colors. the maroon is where i've lived. the blue is where i've been. if i do set goals for this year, one of them may be visiting some of the gray states i've never visited before. as a note - i have to have at least spent the night in a state to claim to have visited it.

you can make your own at where i've been. it apparently works well to post on your myspace page. but, as we know, i'm not a big one at actually using my myspace page. he who has this on his myspace page knows he's responsible.

four posts! seriously.

when tim was in Conneticut at New London subbase, we flew into Rhode Island to see him. We also spent a day looking at fancy house exteriors in newport (? is that the right name?) or whatever the name of the city was in RI. I think day trips into a state should count.

day trips into states totally count. i should've explained that better. what i meant was, i don't count a state if i've just driven through it - like i drove through part of wyoming on my way to colorado. but i don't count wyoming as a state i've been to. same with pennsylvania & west virginia. i have to have spent some time in the state, such as spending the night. although, i did spend the night in wyoming ... but i still don't think it counts.
